Mycroft & Moran Publishers, Sauk City, Wisconsin (U.S.A.), 1965.  First Edition.  5.25×7.50×0.70.   281p.  Black cloth over boards with gilt spine titling.  Orange/black/white illustrated dust jacket with orange borders and black titling. SIGNED on the half-title page, “Cordially, August Derleth” in blue ink.  VERY GOOD in VERY GOOD dust jacket.  Clean, tightly bound book.  Bump to spine crown, lesser to spine foot.  Two small dents to rear cover spine (see photos for complete details).  Light rubs to lower board corners.  Page edges a shade darker on the top than the bottom, with a bit of dusting.  Brightly colored dust jacket with rubs, scrapes, and chips to spine crown and end flap corners.  Spine offset shows inside wrapper.
