Histological Laboratory Methods by Brenda D. Disbrey and J.H. Rack. E. & S. Livingstone, Edinburgh and London, Great Britain, 1970. Printed in Great Britain. 414p. 5.75×1.00×8.75. Blue vinyl over boards with gilt spine titling and publisher’s device. Dust jacket is blue with white titles and publisher’s device.

GOOD in GOOD dust jacket.  Good solid copy in tattered dust jacket. Slight lean to binding. Pages with brown edges, faint spots to fore-edges, and occasional pencil marks. Top edges of pages in middle of books show rust marks from where original owner paper-clipped pages together – approximately four chapters in all. On some pages the damage extends into the top lines of text body. Wear to dust jacket includes shallow loss to spine crown, a larger piece torn from rear panel, a few closed tears, and lamination that is starting to peel away from the paper.

A practical guide to preparing tissue samples for microscopic examination.
