First THUS.  317pp.  6.25×9.25×0.75.  Blue cloth over boards with gilt spine titling.  VERY GOOD book in VERY GOOD dust jacket.  Fresh, clean interior pages.  Slight wear to spine ends and crown board corners.  Unfaded blue cloth cover with light scuffs, a tiny pen mark, and small stains from fingers.  Bright, clean page edges with small red pen marks.  A few small gilt letters near spine foot show fading – gilt otherwise bright and shiny.  Blue paper wrappers with white/black titles and rear color photograph.  A bit of wear to wrapper edges with no rips or chips.

Includes Index, 54 b&w photographs and illustrations, and 2 tables.
